Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage acute conditions such as stroke, cardiac events, sepsis, respiratory issues, and gastrointestinal emergencies.
• Utilize common emergency equipment like IV pumps, cardiac monitors, and titrate vasoactive medications.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with medical team to coordinate urgent care procedures and patient management.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Experience working with patients from infants to adults.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Vaccination against flu and COVID-19 (medical or religious vaccination exemptions accepted).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma settings or with trauma designation pending.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures and protocols.
• Ability to handle high-acuity cases efficiently.
