Job Title

- Travel / 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postoperative care to patients transitioning from surgery to recovery in the PACU
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, ensuring timely interventions as needed
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth patient recovery
- Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with hospital protocols
- Assist with patient assessments and prepare patients for discharge or transfer
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PACU or related perioperative setting
- Ability to work day shifts, with flexible hours as needed
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital setting with surgical or trauma patients
- Knowledge of post-anesthesia care procedures
- BLS and ACLS certifications
