Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location
- Arlington, TX
Schedule / Job Type
- Temporary, 13-week travel assignment
- Nights shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 3 shifts per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum nursing care to mother and baby in a hospital setting
- Monitor fetal heart rates and perform fetal monitoring procedures
- Manage antepartum patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality maternal and neonatal care
- Document patient progress and assist with postpartum education and support
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or appropriate state
- Experience in fetal monitoring and antepartum/postpartum care
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedule as needed
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with maternity and neonatal units
- Certification in neonatal care or maternal health (e.g., NRP, AWHONN postpartum certification)
- Knowledge of hospital electronic health record systems
- Experience working with diverse teams and patient populations
