Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic assessments and treatments to patients in an acute care setting
- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
- Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant environment per unit guidelines
- Support patient recovery and maximize functional outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification
- Acute care therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in inpatient rehab or SNF settings
- ICU and wound care experience
