Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

- Travel, Days shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status regularly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in Meditech system
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding dress code, grooming, and body art
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years hospital experience, including at least 2 years in a specialty unit
- Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience specifically in Tele/PCU/Stepdown units
- Additional advanced nursing skills or certifications related to telemetry
