Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized care to ICU patients in a high-acuity setting.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, maintaining patient stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses using electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with CRRT and Prismax equipment.
• Ability to float between units and facilities as needed.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
