Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, 13-week contract, 36 hours guaranteed, working days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana
- Proven experience in physical therapy practice
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy experience
- CPR and BLS certifications
