Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to acute needs promptly
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
- Float to various hospital campuses as needed to support unit staffing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ohio or compact nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Willingness to float across all hospital campuses
- Call responsibility required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Ability to adapt to different care units and patient populations
