• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Assist with a variety of cardiac cases including device closures, diagnostic and interventional caths, pacemaker and AICD insertions, and arrhythmia management
• Monitor and document patient responses during procedures such as cardiac ablations, cardioversions, and conduction studies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient, safe, and quality care for cardiac patients
• Potential to float to related units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a Cath Lab or EP setting
• Current state Nursing license (SC or multi-state/compact license) at the start of contract
• Certification in ACLS and BLS
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pulmonary artery lines/Swan Ganz monitoring
• Familiarity with scrub procedures during cardiac interventions

Additional Notes

• Start date approximately 2-3 weeks from offer
• No weekend requirements; possible to float to similar units
• No on-call requirement
• Local candidates within 60 miles preferred; rate may be adjusted accordingly
• All time off requests (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application approval
• During hurricane season (June–November), all staff may be assigned emergency response duties; candidates should consider this before accepting assignment
