Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical outpatient populations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to patient needs promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Flu vaccination (no exemptions or declinations)
- At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience
- Strong IV insertion and blood draw skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN preferred
- Oncology/Chemotherapy experience a plus
- Experience with Epic electronic health records
