Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospitalized patients under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury through imaging studies.
- Ensure procedures are completed in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures and patient information.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Certification in Radiography (ARRT-R).
- Medical Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Texas Medical Board.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Less than 1 year of radiology experience.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic hospital environment.
