Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, temporary/contract
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for high-risk obstetric (OB) patients, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Circulate during cesarean section procedures, ensuring patient safety and care quality
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Epic charting system
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in a busy acute care environment
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or eligible for licensure
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Minimum 1 year of labor and delivery experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-risk patient scenarios
• Willingness to float between units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with multicultural patient care approaches
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acute care environment
