Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Float between various medical and surgical units, including IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units.
- Provide patient care in accordance with unit protocols and standards.
- Utilize medical equipment such as Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes.
- Adapt to different units' needs and procedures ensuring quality patient outcomes.
- Attend unit-specific training and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
Required Qualifications
- Hawaii state RN license (must be obtained upon acceptance if not already licensed).
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Additional certifications such as PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC are a plus.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or cardiovascular units.
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
