Key Responsibilities
• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in various clinical settings.
• Assess and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment details in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Valid and active physical therapist license.
• Experience in clinical setting with patient care responsibilities.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Ability to work days shifts reliably.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with outpatient or rehabilitation facilities.
• Knowledge of documentation systems and electronic health records.
