Full-time, nights shift, 3 shifts per week, contract/temporary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent ER or trauma nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license (must be included with submission).
• All candidates must be in compliance with NLC guidelines; pending licenses will not be accepted.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center preferred.
• No first-timers unless they have 3+ years of recent experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a large hospital or acute care setting.
• Trauma nursing certification or relevant ESR certifications preferred.
