Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- At least 1 year of professional SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
- Bilingual skills a plus
