- Full-time, per diem, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
- Scrub and circulate safely during surgical procedures
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgical teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Participate in unit-specific protocols and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid DE or Compact RN license in hand
- RN license number and expiration date
- Current certifications with expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
- Full Social Security Number, date of birth, and complete address
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in a clinical setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Ability to scrub and circulate during surgeries (no exceptions)
- No more than 3 days of scheduled time off (RTO)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in an OR environment
- Ability to float to different units within acuity levels
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying unit needs
