Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, approximately 10.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized radiology nursing care in a hospital setting, focusing on interventional radiology procedures
- Assist radiologists during interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of radiology or interventional radiology nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current active compact nursing license
- BLS certification required
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures
- Excellent patient communication skills
