Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
- Complete documentation directly with the credentialing organization prior to start.
- Adhere to licensing and equipment requirements during assignments.
- Follow established protocols for patient care and treatment plans.
- Maintain active licensure and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in setting up or delivering physical therapy services.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Equipment will be provided during interviews.
- Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a similar clinical environment.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation standards.
