Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Prepare operating rooms with the necessary supplies and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with sterilization and safety standards.
- Support surgical teams during various procedures, including neuro and thoracic surgeries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical technology within a specialty setting.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
- Recent experience in neuro and thoracic surgeries.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital operating rooms, particularly in neuro and thoracic surgery.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
