Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Nurse Navigator

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week, 26-week commitment, onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a Nurse Navigator for oncology patients receiving ongoing treatment at a state-of-the-art Cancer Center
• Manage patient care coordination and administrative workload to facilitate seamless treatment experiences
• Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their oncology journey
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document and track patient progress using electronic health records system (EPIC)

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in oncology preferred
• Valid RN license in the state of California (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current certification in Oncology Nursing (ONCC) and/or Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) membership
• Experience with outpatient oncology treatment settings

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system
• Ability to handle administrative and patient care duties simultaneously
• Local candidates preferred but not required
