Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology (EP) suite.
- Respond to STEMI calls within 30 minutes of activation, with a guaranteed 2-hour callback.
- Participate in weekend call duties, requiring one full weekend per month, including on-call shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and McKesson systems.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including strict no-tobacco and nicotine testing policies.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification and current MD license or RCIS.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergent cases during STEMI call.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma acute care hospital.
- Familiarity with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
- Experience with hospital charting systems such as Cerner or McKesson.
