Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vitals, ensuring fetal well-being and maternal safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient conditions and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Valid RN license and licensure to practice in New Mexico.
• Certifications: ACLS, NRP, and IFM.
• Current STABLE and OPS certifications preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with high-risk labor cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
