Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
- 13-week contract, travel role, nights shift, 3 shifts per week (12 hours each), every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care within a high-paced ER setting
- Chart patient information using Cerner electronic health records system
- Perform assessments and administer treatments per protocol
- Respond to emergency situations and collaborate with healthcare team
- Pass EKG exam on orientation day including lethal rhythms
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license or Compact license
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- Experience with Cerner charting system
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC (must be current at start date)
- Pass EKG examination with 80% or higher during orientation
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel experience preferred, but locals accepted at same rate
- No block scheduling required
- Ability to handle high-acuity cases and emergency procedures
