- Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of New Hampshire
- Proven experience in outpatient therapy or similar setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
