Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to clients under supervision
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Support patients in rehabilitation and functional activities
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and healthcare team members
• Ensure safety and adherence to regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Proven experience as an occupational therapy assistant or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a clinical or rehab setting
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records
• Bilingual abilities a plus
