Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy exercises and care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
