Key Responsibilities
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care procedures and administrative tasks
• Provide support for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Escort and support patients throughout their visit as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Required Qualifications
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or long-term care facility
• CPR and BLS certification
• Compassion and excellent patient service skills
