• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using established electronic charting systems.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on patient needs and hospital protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations and float between units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license for Physical Therapy.
• Certification in CPR/BLS.
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics if applicable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, preferably Epic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
