LTC/SNF Registered Nurse
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Contract, 13-week assignment, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license applicable in Nebraska
- Minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- BLS/CPR certification
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
