Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment of individuals across various age groups and conditions.
• Manage outpatient caseloads, focusing on orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using electronic medical records system.
• Supervise and develop therapy assistants involved in patient care.
• Occasionally float to inpatient settings as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, clinical excellence, and professional ethics.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient therapy.
• Excellent documentation and patient outcome tracking skills.
• Good time management and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic documentation system.
• Background in rural health or outpatient therapy.
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Ability to adapt to variable hours, including some evening coverage.
