Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation and geriatric (REHB/GERI) setting
• Administer treatment plans for patients to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility policies
Required Qualifications
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of recent PTA experience in a rehab or geriatric setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
