Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents to develop individualized occupational therapy plans.
• Implement therapy sessions aimed at improving residents' daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate resident care.
• Track and document resident progress and therapy outcomes.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed to meet resident goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques is a plus.
