Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and treatments in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and notify physicians or nurse practitioners of pertinent information
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and activities of daily living (ADL) support
- Provide specialized care including gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulized therapy, wound vac, and CPAP care
- Handle other assigned duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as LVN or LPN
- Experience working in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (vaccination can be administered during health clearance)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with gastrostomy tube and wound vac care preferred
- Familiarity with respiratory therapies such as nebulized treatments and CPAP support
