Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, no call, no weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient and inpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Utilize equipment such as the EPIC documentation system in daily procedures
- Conduct orthopedic (OP) and inpatient (IP) therapy sessions
- Assist patients using various modalities, ensuring adherence to department protocols
- Collaborate with a team of 8-10 therapists in a large rehab department with private treatment rooms and a main gym
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana State Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC documentation system
- Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient therapy modalities
