Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, temporary/staffing assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, monitoring critically ill patients.
- Float between units as needed to meet hospital demands.
- Adhere to established protocols and document patient progress using Epic.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California.
- ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work every other weekend, with flexibility to exceed based on unit needs.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care hospital settings.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
