- Full-time, on-site, days shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures including gastric emptying, HIDA scans, MUGA scans, bone scans, liver imaging, perfusion, ventilation/perfusion, and pharmacological stress tests
- Start and maintain peripheral IV lines and handle radioactive materials responsibly
- Work collaboratively within a team in adult and nuclear cardiology settings
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and isolation precautions
- Document procedures accurately using Cerner charting system
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of nuclear medicine technologist experience
- Certification in BLS and CNMT or NMTCB (current or pending approval to submit application)
- Valid state license (processing time approximately 2 weeks, $60 application fee)
- Ability to work rotating call, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with working varied start times from 5 am to 9 am and rotating call schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with adult and nuclear cardiology procedures
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment
