Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, respond to patient needs, and elevate care as necessary.
- Administer medications accurately and follow established protocols.
- Assist in patient assessments and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Work at least every other holiday as part of the assigned schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio RN license or valid Compact State RN license.
- Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments.
- Experience working in a hospital setting with telemetry monitoring.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or temporary nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
