- Full-time, days shift, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare team
- Implement therapy techniques to improve communication and swallowing functions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of professional SNF experience
- Valid licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong understanding of SNF patient care protocols
