Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, approximately 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient assessments and progress notes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in delivering physical therapy treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
