Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of adults and geriatrics with stroke and cardiac conditions, including cardiovert and pacemaker patients. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes. • Perform specialized procedures, including central line placement, bronchoscopy, and peg tube insertion. • Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management, IV start, and telemetry monitoring. • Participate in medication titration and adjust treatments as needed to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois • 2 years of minimum experience in ICU settings • ACLS and BCLS certification • Proficiency in ventilator management, IV start, and telemetry monitoring • Experience with central line placement, bronchoscopy, and peg tube insertion

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with stroke and cardiac patient populations • Familiarity with Ventilator management and medication titration • Previous experience in MS/Tele, Medical, Surgical, and Intermediate Care units
