Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to liver transplant post-operative patients in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC)
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring stability and safety during recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units preferred
- Familiarity with Level 1 transplant programs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in transplant or liver care units
- Travelers or agency nursing experience
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
