Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location
- Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day Shift – 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:30am - 5:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room setting
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (Epic)
- Manage on-call responsibilities including weekday and weekend call rotations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact license
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with acute care hospital environments
- Familiarity with radiation safety procedures, including radiation badge handling
