Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, outpatient clinic, days shifts, 8-hour rotations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient nursing care in a clinic setting, including patient rooming and vital signs
- Proficiently perform blood draws and IV procedures with blood draw experience
- Manage patient documentation using Epic electronic health record system
- Assist with flow and patient care within scope in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Adhere to clinic protocols and maintain compliance with safety and vaccination requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid California LVN or LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Fully vaccinated against flu (no exemptions or declinations)
- IV certified and proficient in blood draws
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Interest in temp-to-perm opportunities
- Experience in Urology or wound care strongly preferred
- Ability to implement advanced and intuitive rooming techniques
