Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Weston, WV

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift (4x12 hours per week, 19:00-07:00), on-call, every other weekend and holidays required

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery care in a Baby Friendly Designated Hospital setting
• Manage triage, labor, postpartum, and newborn care with critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Collaborate with a highly engaged and multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Handle patient assessments, monitor fetal and maternal status, and assist with deliveries as needed
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1.5 years of labor and delivery RN experience
• Current RN license in WV or a Compact state (pending license acceptance acceptable)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via American Heart Association
• Must have at least 75 miles from the facility; 75-100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis
• Clear background with no recent probationary license actions

Preferred Experience / Skills
• STABLE certification highly desirable
• Experience with triage, postpartum, and newborn care preferred

• Certifications must be current and via American Heart Association
