Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Friday to Sunday, full-time, contract
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging on patients across various age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using PACS systems and contrast agents, including iodine-based contrast.
- Assist with biopsies and IV starts as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols for radiation and contrast administration.
- Maintain compliance with facility and travel requirements, including background checks, education verification, and licensure.
- Float to multiple campuses as required, ensuring patient care standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT technologist license in hand.
- ARRT certification in CT.
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of CT imaging experience.
- Experience with PACS and contrast administration.
- Ability to pass an EKG exam during compliance.
- Knowledge of pediatric, adult, and geriatric imaging, with neonatal and infant experience preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings.
- Neonatal and PICU experience.
- Biopsy and IV start skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple facilities within a local radius.
