Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assistance to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress and document sessions accurately
• Assist in patient education and recovery processes
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document findings accurately
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with rehabilitation or outpatient therapy settings
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and assistive devices
