Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans and exercises
- Maintain compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or equivalent as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification (if required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated clinical competence in physical therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Knowledge of modern therapy equipment and techniques
- Bilingual skills (optional)
