Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
• Valid and current physical therapist license in the state of West Virginia
• Proven experience working as a physical therapist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of physical therapy best practices and applicable regulatory guidelines
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
