Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract, rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
• Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including every third weekend
• Collaborate with medical team to implement patient care plans
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including trauma care requirements
• Participate in weekly orientation sessions and staff training
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of related ICU experience
• Current CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior travel or agency nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment
